DESIGN | BUILD

Our process is ideal for anyone who wants to trust their home and their remodeling project company.  TurnKey’s process includes design,  materials, communication & construction.   Our Design Build process proves to help with decisions and also so we can provide an accurate estimate.  You will be n contact with the owner on every project.

OUR PROCESS

1. ) We do a site visit

This is the stage where we get together and see what your goals are.  At this point measurements are taken as well as a rough estimate is given as to cost, time to complete and when project can start.

2.) Design and Final Decisions

This step can often times be also done in step one.  This step is where final designs are chosen and the project can be given a more accurate estimate based on design and options chosen at this time. Down payment usually consists of at least 50% of this project estimate.  (Estimates can change mid project due to change orders or design changes.)

3.) Project Begins

This is where the project begins, demo is done, the building happens and the magic is delivered!  During this project you can expect your home to be respected and kept as clean as we can while doing the construction.
